Self Drive Transport
If you prefer to travel the country at your own pace and direction, MCG can organise a manual or automatic vehicle to accommodate your group size.

The rental of a vehicle includes:

Third party insurance for one driver only *	Unlimited mileage
Collision and theft waiver insurance	VAT
Licenses & fees	Road Tax and Airport Surcharge
Rentals do not include:
Petrol costs	Hirer’s liability

A valid driver’s license is required to rent a vehicle and the minimum and maximum driver age restrictions apply (23 and 75 years respectively).

* A supplement is payable to the car hire company on collection of the vehicle for the insurance of any additional drivers.

Chauffeur Driven Transport

What better way to enjoy a golf tour in Ireland than to avail of a local chauffeur to drive you and more than often entertain you on your travels. MCG has a partnership agreement with one of the country’s leading coach operators, offering the very best in vehicle design and comfort for golf groups. Rest assured that MCG will also organise a knowledgeable driver to escort you on your way.

This mode of transport includes the driver’s expenses throughout the tour. Gratuity for the driver is at your discretion.

Your driver is at your disposal for an eight hour day in accordance with European safety laws, however all our drivers are flexible and will work with you to get the best out of these limitations.
