PRICES
All prices on this website are in EURO (€). All prices published are guide prices only and are subject to availability.

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time reservations are requested. The schedule of payments is as follows:

• 25% deposits at time of booking
• 75% balances 8 weeks prior to date of arrival
• 100% payment if within 8 weeks prior to date of arrival

Payments may be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Amex) or Bank Transfer. In order to process credit card payments, the MCG Golf Travel credit card form must be completed.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail or fax to MCG Golf Travel and are subject to the following cancellation charges:

• From time of booking to 12 weeks prior to date of arrival - Deposit only
• 9 to 12 weeks prior to date of arrival - 50% of total Tour Price plus any penalties imposed by vendors (courses, hotels, etc.)
• 8 weeks of less prior to date of arrival - 100% of the total Tour Price. Unused or partially used tour features and components are non-refundable.

CHANGES
Golf tour changes (numbers travelling, dates, names, courses, tee times, etc.) requested after time of booking will result in a change fee of €25 per transaction. All golf tours/packages will be re-priced at the time the changes are made, which may result in a price different from the original price quoted. Changes less than 45 days prior to travel, cannot be made without the approval of MCG Golf Travel.

REFUNDS
All refunds for cancellations will be issued within 60 days of written notification. No refunds are made for any unused portion of any package.

RENTAL CARS
Car rentals include unlimited mileage, time, local taxes and CDW insurance. A valid driver's license is required prior to renting a car. The minimum and maximum driver age restrictions apply. (23 and 75 years respectively)

TRAVEL INSURANCE
MCG Golf Travel highly recommends that all persons travelling take out personal travel insurance to cover loss, damage or theft of luggage, personal injury, illness or accident. MCG Golf Travel is not liable for any of the above.

RESPONSIBILITY
MCG Golf Travel acts only as an agent for chosen transport suppliers, accommodations and golf clubs and as such accepts no responsibility for:

• any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect. Negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by; any other transportation company; vendor or supplier:
• any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or similar matter:
• any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or change in fares or rates:
• any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the control of MCG Golf Travel: MCG Golf Travel does not accept the responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes. Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the client. By embarking on his/her travel, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions
